Delivery Times: 
1 to 3 business days within mainland France  
2 to 5 business days for standard delivery in Europe  
5 to 10 business days outside Europe  

Orders are processed within three business days following receipt. Delivery times start from that date. Barring exceptional circumstances and while stocks last, orders to France are typically delivered within 72 hours.

Hello Simone reserves the right to choose the carrier and guarantees proper delivery of the products. Transport risks are borne by the customer once the product leaves the warehouse.

For orders outside the EU, customs fees for both outgoing and return shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Hello Simone is not responsible for extended processing times due to customs. You can track your package at any time on the carrier's website.
