  1. Where does hello Simone deliver?

    helloSimone.fr ships to France, the European Union, and most international destinations worldwide.

    Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

    For deliveries within France, the European Union, and international destinations, orders are shipped via Colissimo by La Poste or DHL.

    Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country, the selected carrier, and the weight of the parcel. Delivery times may also vary according to the destination and shipping method chosen.

  3. How can I track my order?

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

    Orders shipped via Colissimo or DHL can be tracked directly using the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email.

    All items are carefully wrapped and packed in a protective shipping box.

RETURNS / REFUND
